I hate to be a pain, but it would seem the Rosario Vampire capu2 (you can kinda guess my favourite anime XD) Dual audio and English dub have both been taken down for violation of terms of service or something along those lines.

Dual Audio link is fixed. I couldn't find the English Dub so you can use the Dual Audio for now.

same my PC goes HANG for downloading that EPISODE... maybe my downloader that has issues... haven't tried Downloading without Downloader... choppy internet...

This isn't exactly a broken link, but episode 21 of Orphen goes on for 46 minutes rather than 24. It just black screens after the 24 minute mark.

If it doesn't affect the episode then it is okay. It's the only link i can offer. So i can't delete it. Sorry for that.
